Creating Alternative Alcohol Plans (CAAP)

CAAP is a safe space where you can share your experiences, concerns, and questions about alcohol while learning strategies for low-risk drinking. To register, call the Counseling Center's Alcohol and Other Drug Program Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 217-333-3704.
Indicate the session you want to attend when you register. When a class is full (12 students), an alternate date needs to be selected.
