The conversation will examine how arpilleras, handcrafted textile artworks, serve as powerful tools of memory, storytelling, and community engagement, while sustaining bilingual participation and intergenerational knowledge.This event is presented in conjunction with the exhibition Memorias de la Mujer Lotina: Arpilleras, Women, and Coal in Chile.
A reception will follow the panel discussion.The program will be held in Spanish and English.
