Writing Ethically and Effectively with GenAI

This presentation will review basic principles of writing with GenAI, including strategies for prompting, addressing different stages of the writing process, and considerations for data privacy and ethical communication.

It will be most useful to advanced students as well as instructors interested in learning more about how to support students’ incorporation of GenAI in writing.This presentation will be held via Zoom and is open to all current U of I affiliates (students, faculty, and staff).
